What will mankind's first interactions with an extraterrestrial look like? What do you think will happen?

There have been many contacts with extraterrestrial beings on this planet. Primitive man would have handled contact better than modern man because they did not have horror movies to make them feel fear of the unknown.
The first public landing will be just another day in the history of change. There will be major depression of the religious because disillusionment would set in. For others there will be pure panic. There will be some that will worship the aliens arrival.
For me it will be about time they show themselves instead of playing hide and seek. I would like to see man realize he is part of a galactic community and stop fighting over stupid belief systems. I just want to move into a new age of space and time travel.
For a select few on this planet it will be a planned event.
Man has to learn the is no life form above or below him not even God. Man is part of the creative energy in the universe. All thought is creative. Creation is love. Man only pursuit should be to understand his ability to create. We are connected to that which is creation thus we can do the same.

If extraterrestrial is anything having to do with things outside the earth or its atmosphere, then, according to many religions man has already made contact with extraterrestrial beings like gods, angels, jinns, fairies, etc.
We still haven't proven what they look like or whether they exist.

Apart from the "god was an astronaut/we've been planted here as a new civilisation/ as food... " and other SF speculations, there is the genuine theory of exogenesis, which suggests that the first life on Earth came from Martian microbes on meterorites.
(Martian material has been found on earth.)
But to stick with what you intended, first contact is likely to be...
Information: signals of distant origin.
Microbes: bacteria or similar on Mars, Europa...
Relic traces: evidence of former life, technology, civilisations. (given the lifespan of a species, we're quite likely to miss it, and it, us.

I don't think it'll ever happen. If there were any aliens who were advanced enough to travel to earth, they would have to be more advanced than us. If they were more advanced than us, then they would have to have had radio technology for longer than 100 years. If they had radio technology for longer than 100 years, then our radio telescopes would've detected anybody living without 100 light years away (since radio waves travel at the speed of light). We haven't picked up anything like that, which means if any civilization is as advanced as ours or more so, they must live farther than 100 light years away. If they live farther than 100 light years away, it's very doubtful they will ever come to earth.

Will the Antichrist use Jinns posing as shapeshifting "aliens" to deceive the world ?
Jinns can shapeshift, travel interdimensionally and have choice to obey or disobey God. Satan was a Jinn, who are made of fire. Islamic prophecy foretells that the rebellious Jinns will join the Antichrist and his armies. The Antichrist will be the King of Israel and he will spread torture and war all over the earth while he consolidates power over all nations.

Well, I think that we have already been in contact with extraterristrials simply because I was nice to my first ex wife and I know that she had to be from another planet.

we will definately like to have sex with each other.just joking.it will be a war we will kill each other in fear,after some times we will find out that they to have red blood like us and we will donate blood to them and we will leave in pease.the chidren will be of new type.
