you can go do some light cardio or do some resistance training on different body parts than you did yesterday. make sure to eat some protein and carbohydrates after exercise, this helps to speed recovery

You're good on the yoga and the cardio, the strength exercises you should one do every 4th day. When you do strength exercises you actually break down some of the muscle tissue. You need to allow the regrowth to occur, hence the 4 days....otherwise you keep your body in a perpetual state of muscular breakdown.

you may workout diverse muscle mass each and every day. sometime chest & shoulders, next day bicepts & tricepts, etc. although, that is proper to heavy lifting. in case you're sore because of the fact of loss of workout, and are basically doing mild exercises like working and stretching, you likely can artwork out right this moment. even though it won't supply you max benefit. you may wait an afternoon to be secure.

The obvious answer is no, you should give your body a break. Since you only recently started to exercise, pushing too far too soon can do more damage to your muscles and joints. Stamina and endurance will come, but you have to build it slowly.
