you didnt gain that much weight in 3 weeks so i dont see how you want to lose them in that short time...
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

First, crash diets and over excursion of your body are really not good for you, I would suggest another dress... (loosing weight to prove a point is also bad), but hey it's your body/life, not mine. As a smart$#% answer I would say exercise every other day for the past 10-20 weeks for an hour and reduce your daily diet by 500 calories per day. Sorry, the other option is try dehydrating the hell out of yourself the day before, hell we're 70% water, what's gonna be so bad about missing a large chunk of that? (really I don't suggest this either). Perhaps I just shouldn't have answered.

hi aerin!if u wanna lose weight fast,i suggest you to eat a little less than how much u normally have.then dance for like half an hour everyday.lower your chocolate or sweet-food intake.i hope that my answer has helped you
