I don't believe in them because they are something someone made up from their imagination.

Well, I am VERY fond of Buffy and Angel, though I felt that Underworld was a bit underdone, and every Blade that is out was rather retarded. I might have become inspired to write a story or two about those things. But that's all they are, stories.
And once in a while some nut shows up on TV thinking that they have to have work done on their teeth, but that's all they are; nuts.
I guess that I am not convinced that anyone is undead or suffering from lycanthropy.

Well as far as I know there's no documented or physical evidence of either vampires or werewolves. I aslo don't think this is strictly Christian to not believe in these things...

No. Remus is not in league with the Dark Lord. I am going to marry a werewolf in July, you know. And all of those rumors on the net about Severus being a vampire are a lie.

I've never seen a vampire and a werewolf in person and hence I don't believe in them and put them aside as myths.
On the other hand I have seen God in the scriptures and know that the Bible is divine in origin. Hence even though I may not have physically seen God with my eyes, I've seen him with my spirit and my mind. He has demonstrated to me that He does exist without me having to see Him physically.

If God created vampires and werewolves I'd believe in them. God only talks about Humans(+animals), Demons, and Angels.
Man has created monsters

both creatures based off the bible, so most people should.
Vampires origin came from the story of Cain and Abel, it was believed that vampirism was Cain's curse from god.
Werewolves came from the old story of Adam's first wife Lillith who was kicked out of the garden of Eden for fornicating with the animals. the offpring were a combination of man and creature....ie werewolves.

I've never actually seen an ancient Jewish dude rise from the dead, but I *have* seen Angel and Oz and....
Oh, I'm thinking of Buffy again.
I'm still an atheist, though Willow is still hot.
