This is no joke. There will be some demonstrations in Washington D.C. in front of the White House on Monday to encourage President Bush to declare war on South Korea because of what Seung-Hui Cho did to the innocent students at Virginia Tech.

President Bush has not yet spoken, but (surprisingly) some members of Congress are backing it. I couldn't find the link, but CNN reported it earlier this afternoon.

Plus, if we take care of SOUTH Korea, our mission against NORTH Korea will be far easier. I totally support the war and our troops!

Please become my contact and give this questions a star if you found it interesting!

This is by far the dumbest thing I have heard today and posibly this week.He did not do this in the name of South Korea and if they did want it would us they would not send a nutty little kid.And if we went to war with them over this nobody would back us and all hell would break loose.

....By the way you speak and the context of your questions, it's obvious you either was a racist or became a racist. I was shocked to see someone post a question like this. Like other people said, how can you compare the guy to someone like Hitler and Saddam Hussein? Hilter and Saddam Hussein were both powerful leaders, while Hui Cho was a university student who was mentally ill. Wow, I can see how they're similar (NOT!).

"Plus, if we take care of South Korea, our mission against North Korea will be far easier." (laughs) You seriously are a little kid or you just suck or don't know history. South and North Korea have been enemies for years. Do you know about the Korean war? That was when Korea divided into two because of Communism and people who did not want to live under that kind of rule. Going to war with South Korea will make it HARDER going against North Korea, because now North Korea has no South Korea to worry about. Get that into your history lacking mind.

The US and South Korea are strong allies and as mentioned before, have fought side by side in several wars.

You're blaming South Korea for one US resident who was South Korean and is mentally ill. Grow up!

Hope YOU get better, because there's something obviously wrong with your mind.

That is simply moronic, South Korea is an ally and the shooter was a permanent US resident. He was obviously a deeply disturbed individual and i'd bet the world on him having no connections to any country or terrorist organization as some idiots are suggesting. I don't understand how people make a connection like that. It would never happen at least since our congress wouldn't allow Bush to declare war, and if he would act without congressional approval he would be impeached and charged as a war criminal.

What an idiotic idea. The birthplace of a killer is not to blame. Otherwise, the American government should have imprisoned everyone in New Orleans after JFK was killed because that's where Lee H. Oswald was born. Or maybe because Osama bin Laden is originally from Saudi Arabia the U.S. should launch and all out attack on that country. Or how about all Canadians should be banned from playing in the N.B.A because Steve Nash won the league's MVP award. Let's see how many fools show up to the demonstration on Monday. I say, put them all in a canoe and send them off to war! The whole idea is utter rubbish.

South Korea is an ally. We cannot go to war over one crazy person.

Well, I think you are just delusional. You are comparing this person, who was a US resident by the way, to Hitler and Sadaam. You are the stupid one. He is not the leader of South Korea so they cannot be compared.

You write as if you are 12 years old. Either that or you are just injudicious.

Wow, going to war because of one retard is obsurd. Just ask any South Korean and they condemn this idiot's action. The only tie this kid had to South Korea was that he was born in South Korea, nothing more. How would going to war with South Korea take care of North Korea? Those are two seperate countries and are enemies. They're (Congress) talking about cutting fundings on the "war on terror" and the military is already stretched thin. Going to war with any other country just wouldn't happen.

Some members of Congress are backing the attack on South Korea? I highly doubt that. Unfortunately it is somewhat common for people to hate an entire country if one person from that country does something stupid, but no politicians in their right minds will ask for war against South Korea.

Do these people think South Korea supported the attack? Do they expect other countries to attack us whenever some US citizen does something stupid? Don't they think that maybe Americans should worry about catching bin Ladin, who has been responsible for killing more Americans than this guy, and who is still on the loose? Shouldn't they try to get a clue first?

The country of Korea had nothing to do with it. He had lived here for quite awhile. You can't declare war on every country because of crazy natives. The world would be destroyed.

I think they are stupid.

We have been allies with South Korea since before the Korean War.

Read a history book and quit making our country look stupid.
