to crush the teaching of Evolution? I am just reading an article in the conservative Economist about a Turkish/Muslim author who is writing and translating his anti-Evolution screeds into Urdu and Bahasa.

You know, Christians and Muslims seem to be the only religions left trying to prevent moral decay. They both are trying to keep people in the right mindframe by recognizing God. It's crazy atheists and agnostics who are trying to take God out of every aspect of life including how we were freakin' created.

Note: The only place the Muslims went wrong is when they forgot that Jesus came to earth and died for their sins. He then rose 3 days later and through accepting Him in our hearts, we can get to heaven. All that other crazy stuff like killing people because they don't agree with you to get to heaven is just that: crazy.

You must read Harvard Prof. Samuel Huntington's small but meaty "The Clash Of Civilizations." Bernard Levin, who I believe teaches at Cambridge or Oxford deals with the same confrontation. Huntington is more interested in geopolitics, while
Levin emphasizes the importance of culture and faith to science and technology.

Only Judaism and Christianity assume a God who gave us free will and only wants our obedience and love make voluntarily for our own good. Not that we haven't violated this moral theology, often at the hands of civil authority falsely speaking on behalf of the Church.

The Muslim God does not exit in the physical universe and did not give man the role of participating in the outcome of history.
Both Judaism and Christianity separate our relationship with God with our obligation to the state, nor can it coerce religious belief nor prevent someone from apostasy.

Mohammedanism is a warrior religion. God requires it be spread but any means, including jihad. There is no division between civil and military authority and the ayatollahs, as we see in Iran. Nor is it conceivable that a Muslim would profess pacifism and live to talk about it.

On the other hand, the Vatican and Islamic religious leadersh have worked together to resist abortion and euthanasia resolution at UN non-government conclaves and both lay strong emphasis on the family.

Your bigotry and hatred blind you. Muslims strap bombs to themselves and blow people up. Christians donate their time, money and effort into helping others. Open you mind and research post Katrina aid. Much of it came from churches and Christians who opened their churches, wallets and homes to those impacted by the hurricane. You choose not to see this, so you don't. It doesn't conform to your distorted views. You should partner with the Muslims. You have more in common with them. Hater and bigot.

No, but the truth is, whether or not the multitude admits it Evolution is far more faulty that creation science... I don't have a problem with teaching evolution as a belief system, but not as science, because true science in accurate, and factual. Please don't confuse the terms.
