I got the E internet upgrade and now I can't do any downloads. How do I fix it?

Every time I try to download something the Internet freezes and I have to do an end now thing. How can I download without any disturbances.

I did the virus protection PC Internet Cilicon and it didn't pick up any virus'. Every time I try to download the Internet freezes and I have do a forced End Now.

Sounds like you may have got a virus.

Try www.support/microsoft.com. I find support to be very good.
