If he needs to sleep there now and it is late....Put baking soda on it and cover the spot with a heavy towel. Then the sheet. In the am remove it and vacuum up the baking soda. Then take 1/8 cup vinegar and rub in circles. Let air dry.

Freebreeze will only cover the smell. You do not want to ruin the mattress with the stomach acids. And if you have pets they may use the spot later for a toilet. So get that vinegar out!!!!!!

You could use to clean it Woolite Oxy Deep , Then fill the mattress. Or you could try bleach and water mixed and see if that helps. You could use freebreeze or any kind of sented spray. I always put baby powder on the bed when I change the sheet . See if some of these help.

I just had to deal with this with my 2 year-old this week. If you have a carpet cleaner (I have a Bissle "Little Green Machine"), put hot water and vinegar in it and use that to clean the spot. Spray with Lysol to kill germs.
