It's "jefito" or "jefita", which is an affectionate term for boss. "Jefito" can also refer's to one's father, and "jefita" one's mother or wife/girlfriend, depending upon which country one is from. They are diminutives of "jefe" (masculine) and "jefa" (feminine) which are the proper words for "boss".
