Not all are ordained by God. Some are only ordained by men recognized as the hierarchy of their particular denominations. The true Church was started by Christ. He ordained the apostles who then ordained others as the church grew. The linneage of this ordination exists today. These churches have pastors who were ordained by other pastors who had hands laid on them that trace all the way back to Christ. I believe this Church is the modern day Baptist denomination that exist today. Now this is my conclusion based on study and what is taught in the Churches today. Most churches today have gotten away from sound doctrine. Remember the Lord thy God changes not.

That was the question Joseph smith asked when he was 14 years old. He took the Bible seriously and prayed to God for an answer and was told none of the churches were right. He told a minister of his vision and answer (read Joseph Smith's Own Story) and was castigated for it for the rest of his life. He was finally murdered for it. Joseph smith was eventually given the keys of the Kingdom even as Peter was and the church was reinstated with all the same organization that Christ set up in the Bible. Many of the appointed Apostles bore witness with wonderful spiritual experiences and though some apostasised, none ever denied their witness. Joseph smith was told tne name of the church was to be "The church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. If a thing is true, it is a belief of the Church no matter who brings it forth. The Apostles say a person should keep what truths they have and learn of truths that have been restored. Joseph smith was an un schooled farm boy so he could not and did not fabricate the complicated written material of the church. No source of any substance has been brought forth to explain where the material came from. If we don't need a prophet for our time then Adam would have been enough.

Not all preachers are anointed by God. Some of them are just mere man efforts. It is true that different pastors preach different message, but I believe a real God anointed preachers' sermon will all point to the same merciful and graceful God and the finished work of Christ Jesus. With every sermon that they preached, it will always to refer back to the beautiful Jesus, who has cleansed our sins with his blood.
I was told by my pastor during sermon that some preachers could preached a whole sermon without mentioning Jesus and his work on the cross, except when praying "in the name of Jesus, Amen". Therefore, to me they are not preaching about God and his goodness. But is like a seminar. A leader told me further that some preacher may even have the difficuity in saying "blood of Jesus". They stumped at the word of blood. I have no idea whether all these are true or not. Treat these as side stories.
Anyway, pray to God about finding a good bible following church. I am sure that God will bless those who diligently seek him and love him.

Preachers are supposed to be preaching what God wants that particular congregation to hear at that time. A preacher doesn't preach the same message every time does he? So why would you expect two different preachers to be preaching the same thing? As long as they are both preaching from the whole counsel of God's word as found in the pages of Scripture then they are both preaching the "same message" just different parts of the message.
If you want to find a good church find one like the one I attend http://www.alcf.net with a good Pastor like mine http://www.oneplace.com/ministries/enduring_truth

Ordained by God is the official term used for someone who went to school and studied theology. It depends on what school they attend as far as to what church they will serve.
Not all preachers teach the word of God. They are taught the specific doctrines of a particular denomination...and that is what they teach.
Seek a Bible based church that does not have a set doctrine other than the belief in the divinity of Christ. They are hard to find, but a non-denominational one would be your best bet. Watch out for scams or cults though. They can sometimes be mistaken for non-denominational.

The whole reason that the Catholic Church maintains documentary evidence of authentic apostolic succession is to maintain the validity of holy orders - ordination solely by the power of God, handed down through the ages, by his authentic church.
The Catholic Church, along with some of the Orthodox churches, are the only Bible believing churches on earth that have apostolic succession, as well as authentic power from God, to do everything they do.
All the rest "claim" that power for themselves, but since nobody can force God to so anythng he doesn't intend to do, their ordinations remain the equivalent of a simple graduation ceremony.
You are right to note the disparity in doctrines between all the various Christian groups.
The Catholic Church alone has always consistently maintained the sacred deposit of faith that was handed down to us by Jesus and the apostles.
As for your "Bible believing" preferences ... why attempt to build a church on some man's flawed interpretation of a holy book, when we already have Jesus as the Rock of Ages, and Peter as the rock that Jesus personally chose, to lead his living church?
Scripture is a great, God-inspired, and inerrant work, but the authentic and complete Christian faith is built on much more than the scriptures, and on much more than faith alone.
Catholics enjoy the real presence of Jesus Christ in the authentic Eucharist, six other grace giving sacraments, 2000 years of complete, consistent, and scholarly theological works, written by some of history's greatest saints, and all the best that God has to offer.
It doesn't get any better than that, this side of heaven!
You should try it.

specific. I consider the coolest judgment of your question that if a preacher particularly preaches from God, the message should not be contradictory. in step with probability we share a similar journey and concern. I, too, get annoyed and downhearted as quickly as I come across "some thing malicious or unGodly" some preacher's useful application of the verses. be careful and be very discerning. those days, many even use the Bible for selfish applications. could those "preachers" come to the conviction in James 3:a million "not lots of you're able to desire to presume to be instructors, my brothers, on the grounds which you be attentive to that we who instruct would be JUDGED greater STRICTLY." Preachers could have heavier judgment (than an conventional non-preaching citizen) in the event that they intentionally sin by making use of God's Holy notice for his or her selfish intentions. they have the heaviest accountability in in spite of effect they incur on those souls who enable and entrust their lives on those deceptive teachings. some church homes hotel from the ordinary loving grace of God to the greater strict guilt-stirring verses to get by way of their time table from the congregation (many times people who could desire to make sturdy employer). to dodge being deceived, continually circulate lower back to the basics that the previous testomony regulation had already been exceeded by the Loving Grace of God by way of Jesus Christ interior the hot testomony. Be continually prayerfully discerning in choosing which church to belong to, which church management to undergo and which church fellowship to maintain to your and the subsequent generations. God bless.

The Word of God is living and active, it should have different messages. One of repentance, one of sanctification, another of baptism, and so on. All are consistent though. One does not say redemption is through Christ while another says redemption is through Paul.

God wants attention, so she gets as many opinions out as she can. It's like she's sending out multilpe, conflicting resumes to maximize her chances of getting a job.
She does this because she's insecure, like Barbara Streisand before she met James Brolin.
