No it's just good practical since. The person with the bear suit on is more than likely crazy and needs some mental help so shooting him would be the best thing for everyone. His family will get his pension check and he will be out of his misery plus the streets will be safer not having a stray bear walking around.

I like D58's answer.

It should be ruled as an accident and the shooter should go free. Living with the guilt of knowing he killed someone should be punishment enough, and the dude in the bear suit got his punishment for being stupid. However, with so many idiot lawyers, and so many stupid people pushing for gun control/bans, he would probably go to jail for life and there would be a bunch more stupid gun control and hunting laws.

man if some idiot is stupid enough to be walking around the woods wearing a bear suit in bear season he needs to be shot. these are the kind of people that piss me off! I swear who would wear a bear suit in the woods? How retarded is that? What kind of stupid question is this anyways? i think whoever wrote this question needs to put on a bear suit themselves and hopefully if we are all lucky enough someone will do us all a favor and rid us of this insolence.

I examine the tale and its quite tragic. The shooter of course did no longer become attentive to his aim, yet he became in actuality submit to searching. The hiker became definately in the incorrect place. there isn't any regulation to stay clear of human beings from working thorugh the woods. and an excellent style of states require hunters to positioned on orange, yet no longer for hikers. There are not any signs and warning signs up telling non- hunters that they are in searching territory or that season is open. a ways too many human beings "anticipate" too lots. i can work out the place the two have been in the incorrect. yet that would not make it suitable the two.

If that scenario actually happened, the hunter should have his eyes checked and the idiot in the bear suit would win a "Darwin" award.
