Depends on a lot of things. What is your activity level? Do you exercise?
You don't mention quantities. Is the pasta whole wheat?

Since I don't know your past eating, this may be really good for you. But there is room for improvement if weight loss is your goal. Do you feel this is an improvement over your past eating records? Then you are on the right track.
Rome wasn't built in a day.

Pasta...is carbs. So, eat with moderation, especially if you aren't exercising. Cereal also carbs...as is apple juice.

Here is a typical day for me and see what you think? This is a fat burning type menu... And I work out 45-60 minutes a day, so I don't eat this low carb most of the time..just when I want to rev up my metabolism.

B- Protein smoothie made with 1 cup strawberries, 1 scoop BB whey, 1/2 cup milk (rice or regular), 1/2 cup water, ice.

morning snack - 15 raw almonds or 3/4 cup strawberries with 1/2 cup cottage cheese or nonfat yogurt

lunch - 1-2 cups romaine lettuce, 1/2 cup mushrooms, 1/2 cup cucumbers, tomatoes, 1/4 cup carrots and 4 oz. lean meat... grilled chicken or just very lean deli turkey or beef

afternoon snack- lowfat cheese stick or almonds or yogurt and frozen blueberries. If I had almonds in the morning, I do something else in the afternoon.

supper- 2 cups asparagus, or broccoli or green beans...
4 oz. lean meat..grilled steak or some kind of chicken breast or fish and something else.....no bread or pasta at supper when I'm wanting to rev up the metabolism.

Also. drink 8 glasses of water. No sodas...not even diet.
And stop eating 3 hours before bedtime.

Is that all? You need more...snack in between meals with apples, celery, and other fresh cut fuits and vegetables. That way your meal portions will be smaller cause you'll never be startving, and you'll get all the nutrients you need in one day. It's a good day as far as eating, just add more things than meats and grains.

pasta, spagetti, tomatoe sauce, juice and i guess there was mayo in chicken salad - that is no way healthy.
its better eat your fruit than drink them - i dont see any fruit or veggies.

sounds a lot but you're putting your body through "starvation mode" you will not lose weight like that and your metabolism is slowing down. especially when you're exercising. (u do work out right)

you def need to eat more smaller portions of meal 4-6 times a day..and you're eating too much portein..if you're not exercising.

depends on what your goals are. for reducing body fat that diet needs quite a bit of work but at least you aren't starving yourself and that is very good...

you need to eat smaller meals, switch the processed carbs for all natural ones like oats, lentils, beans, etc. and eat all the veggies that you can handle

You consumed more than enough of protein. One serving which is 4 oz is what you should consider. Pasta is no good for weight loss honey.
