I have this big jar of minced garlic, how much equals one clove?Is it as good out of a jar.

I would guess that a 1/2 tbsp.= a clove. Just eyeball it. Garlic is awesome because you don't have to be too fussy with the measurement.

About 1.5 to 2 teaspoons per clove.

Read the label. It tells you how many teaspoons equals a clove!
