Ask him for some help with a problem in your homework. If he is like "Nah" then move on! If he is like "sure" then BINGO!

Hey Riley. Congrats on your attraction. Some people do not admit they like someone, and keep it inside. Good job with that.
First, I would give him a chance to help you as some of the answers have alluded too. This stirs a man because he can use his given desire to "fix it." This will open the door for him and make it safe for him to ask you out. I think this needs to be his move though. If he does not ask you, he is either not interested or to passive. Do you want a passive guy? I know he is good looking and you are attracted to him which is good. That is what sparks a starting friendship into a potential serious relationship. He needs to try and lead though, and initiate. If he does not, there will be problems down the road.
Hope this helps. As a guy, I love it when girls connect with me instead of playing games. As long as you are open, make eye contact, and the convo is mutual, that should be all he needs to make the move.
Hope it works out.

Just say hi*..that would be a good start. Or if he's with a group of ppl that you know..get involved in the conversation. If he is interested, he'll want to get to know you and is probably thinking the same thing about you (if you like him for sure or not and how does he approach you). Ask him if he's seen any good movies lately...or what's his favourite sport...what kind of music he likes...what he did on spring break...anything....just get the conversations rolling. Best wishes and just be yourself*~!:)

Confidense is sometimes hard to find when your palms sweat and your heart races. Send him a note? Try a pick- up line? Bump into him as an "accident"? Talk to him.
One question you gotta ask yourself, is he the type of guy you like as a boyfriend or as a best friend? Trust me, you want to be able to have someone as a best friend first. Othewise he will hurt your feelings.

Hmmm... I would walk up to him after class and ask him if he understood something from class. If he says yes, then you can ask him if he could explain it to you. Go for coffee or get his number. If he says no, then you can suggest that you two study together because you're not getting it either.
Good luck! Have fun!
