They can't do anything if you're accused for being gay.
If it's to the point where someone caught you in the act, then you can take it to military court and they will try to prove if the incident actually happened.
That's my understanding of it anyway. I'm not gay, so I really don't care about stuff like that too much.

This is a non-issue unless there is a crime committed. The bottom line is DONT TELL. If you are homosexual and in the military - they have agreed not to ask you and you have agreed not to tell. Why is this so difficult? Nobody except the person you are boinking really wants to know about your sex life anyway.

Its none of their damn business what your sexual orientation is. I have some friends who are gay in the Navy, Marines and Army. They have never been asked. I guess if you are making a pass at someone and they complain you can get in trouble. But even a man making a pass at a woman in the military can get in trouble.

Then don't be gay in the military. I am in the military, and I strongly disagree with the policy of having homosexuals in our ranks. It degrades morale, causes suspicion, and detracts from the mission. Other than the military, I don't mind it. But in the military it underminds our mission

It is not illegal to be gay in the military, just be sure to practice absentice while on government property.
