Once you kiss there is nothing left but sex. A first kiss is very important, and shouldn't be considered "just a kiss".
What happens after a kiss? Making out. What happens after making out? Sex
As long as you make 100% sure that kiss does not lead to making out or long kissing, then 15 and up.
The second a kiss turns into making out its time to break up, because your about to get into trouble and issues you don't need.

15 or 16. make it with someone you have a great time with. you will remember this kiss, so don't kiss someone who you dont wanna remember. besides, any younger would be kinda shocking. i mean, i'm in middle school and i hate seeing the ppl making out. their only 13 and 14. and they basically dump the person the next day.

I was 15 when I had my first real kiss. The funny part about it was I wasn't expecting his tongue, and when it went into my mouth, I bit it. LOL! He wouldn't kiss me for like a month after that. My bad.
