I have dry damaged hair and was thinking of using a home made hot oil treatment (olive oil and honey)
1) will it leave my hair greasy afterwards because of the oil?
2) what are the pros?
3) what are the cons?

first of all u are not suppose to use honey on hair

It will not leave your hair greasy, softer not greasy because you shampoo after the olive oil treatment (been there done that)
All pros no cons

Not sure...but Tresemme hot oil treatment works pretty good. It only costs about $4.00 for a box of 2 or 3.

dont use honey at all it doesntdo crap to ur hair. just only us the olive oil. the oil will make ur hair shiny. make sure u massage the oil in ur scalp and leae t for atleast 1 hr or so and wash of with herbal shampoo. u can massage plain oilive oil in ur hair every day

i have used that same thing.the only thing is you have to rinse at least 3 time with really hot water.then shampoo the next day.but dont use any cream rinse .it will make it oily again.

No honey what so ever. i tried it and it left a funny texture and my hair was all sticky.
