You can have pouches, folders or albums available in stationary shops.
Apart from that, you need to have a periodical look up such that outdated cards can be replaced and can maintain a list in hard copy and update it regularly by alphabatical order, so that if you want to refer any name you can check the sheet and go to the reference immediately.

There are loose leaf folders with plastic envelopes sized for this. Write the date of the visit on the card, and put them in order, or alphabetize, with the date on them, your preference. Or buy a roladex, or put the info into your computor.

Do not call them visiting cards, these are address cards. Give it to me. I will keep them safe for reference for 57 years.
Keep them alphabatically.
