I hope you're being sarcastic.
In my lifetime, Bush has done the worst job of any president in history. Because of his representation of the United States to the rest of the world, most of the world thinks all Americans are war-mongering, greedy, self-centered azzholes, (even if plenty of us are.)
In presidential terms, he's not nearly intelligent enough for the job. He was a 'C' student in college, and a self-confessed alcoholic, party boy who (wrecked a car) and got into trouble more than once because of his drinking. All one has to do is listen to him speak and you'll know that he's got less going for him than an AP high school student.
He pulled strings to acquire most of the feathers in his cap, from the governorship of Texas to "assuming" the white house after the debacle in Florida.
As a businessman, he's been an utter failure - bankrupt 3 (or was it 4) of his own companies.
Although his record looks to be soon broken, he's signed more prisoner execution orders than any Governor in history.
He's done serious damage to the environment, from denying the threat of global warming for most of his tenure (and boycotting Kyoto) to rolling back allowable arsenic levels in drinking water to pre nineteen-thirty standards. Bush signs these orders, no one else.
His "No Child Left Behind" initiative is one of the most embarrassing failures in American history.
He turned a budget surplus into one of the biggest deficits in history, and still hasn't brought Bin Laden to justice.
He has done NOTHING to address the immigration problem, or secure our borders (the biggest danger to national security!)
The quagmire in Iraq is absolute proof of his inability to lead this country. Right now he is floundering like a lame duck, while every day more American soldiers die for a cause that will NEVER be. Anyone could see that we didn't have a commitment from the global community OR OUR OWN PEOPLE to invade Iraq, but he went in anyway, whether out of arrogance, revenge or delusions of grandeur, and now the proof of his ineptitude is being proven in American blood. Our military will be decades in trying to recover in their recruitment efforts, and our children will be paying for this debacle for decades to come. Meanwhile, Iraq will collapse into a civil war, we will never see any cheap oil from the region, and the US will face astronomical fuel costs we could have avoided if Bush would have simply channeled the govt's resources into energy independence and renewables.
But don't take my word for it...
A recent informal, unscientific survey of historians conducted at George Mason University’s History News Network found that eight in ten historians responding rate the current presidency an overall failure.
Of 415 historians who expressed a view of President Bush’s administration to this point as a success or failure, 338 classified it as a failure and 77 as a success. (Moreover, it seems likely that at least eight of those who said it is a success were being sarcastic, since seven said Bush’s presidency is only the best since Clinton’s and one named Millard Fillmore.)

All past presidents have appeared great when leading their countries at a time of world war. President Bush has been very good and has led the world against terrorism, despite the attacks of his political opposition that prefers to offer support and encouragment to the evil enemies of the world. His strategy in confronting terrorism and at the same time keeping the US safe has been nothing less than brilliant in keeping the fight on foreign land and America safe.
Ronald Reagan is the standard by which all great presidents should be compared as the greatest of all time.

Frankly Frank, you're probably about 12 years old. Bush will go down in the history books as the absolute worst President the United States has ever seen.
The corruption in his Administration and Party make Nixon look like a girl scout.
