Well, I think Adam had DNA to start with but because of the disobedience to God, it was changed by God to shorten their days. The Bible tells us we can shorten our days through disobedience to our parents. Also, there are environmental factors today that can shorten our days. Examples are pollution, toxins, pesticides, preservatives in our food. But on the flip side, we do live longer than mankind of the dark ages. Medical breakthroughs and cleanliness.

Just like other animals. You take two white dogs and breed them and you will get a variety of colors. Eventually when these pups have pups you will also get different sizes of animals. That is why you can breed dogs to be certain sizes and shapes. I have seen on the learning channel that we all have a part of our DNA that matches. We are all human beings.Since Adam and Eve were the beginning of creation, they had a variety of genes. As their children had children some of them married others that had the same skin tones and similar features thus making a division in their line. If you take white skinned, red haired people and segregate them so that they can only marry each other, you will still get a variety. The different races were not brought about intentionally. Man began to segregate and that is how races began. If all people would marry as if they were blind, then we would all be similar looking eventually. I think it is hilarious that people think that humans developed dark skin or light skin depending on where they lived. Come on. Black attracts the sun so why would black people do better in hot sunny climates? They do not. The same with light colored skin. Light colors repulse the sun so all the light skinned people that live in scandinavian countries are in the wrong place. It is too cold for light skin.

We all have exactly the same DNA according to the God theory because God made Adam, then he made (even-this blooper put a smile on my face, LOL I meant to say) Eve from Adams rib, then they made all of us, isn't that fascinating? We all came from God's DNA so we all have to be exactly the same DNA so where do the changes and differences come in would be my question? Is that what you are trying to ask if it was given as part of the punishment for being thrown out of the garden where the snakes were? LOL

After Adam and Eve let the Devil in, satan started working on them, changing the DNA slowly.
They used to live over 900 years AFTER the fall of Adam.
Took the devil alittle over 900 years to kill Adam physically.
devil kept a working at it, now we can die you know, bout' 70, 80, 90---but GOD said we could live to 120 if we stay close to HIM which keeps the devils stuff (death) offen' us!
Ditto............(I talk like this "offen" on purpose so you'all will Think I am a Country Hick!)

the whole genesis story is just a "children" bedtime story...
it is not logical that god created all animals in pairs (male & female) and allow them to go forth and multiply... but created only a male man (adam)!!!.. only later finding adam lonely, he created eve as a "playmate"????
human and animals have male/female organs... if god has already thought about the male+female organs of animals and reproduction... surely he wont just create a male human.... and later create the female.. and later punish them to pro-create...
to me the story is just to say...
God is superior. We must obey him.
the rest is just "unnecessary" trimmings...
