Oh, which one do I choose? Hmmm...
Well, I'm not too fond of the one about if George Bush is Tony Blair's love child.
I'm also not too keen on the one about "have any other English people ever met an American who thought they invented our language".
I guess the one I consider the worst question is the one about Americans and passports.
You know, I have always had the deepest respect for British people and your country in general. My ancestors were British (well, Pilgrims from England). Our two nations have always been allies. What's with all the anti-American sentiment? Do we Americans go around bashing English people? I have noticed a lot of English people bashing Americans on these forums and putting up stereotypes about us that are far from accurate (such as lazy, fat, ignorant, arrogant....). We ARE a superpower and we do happen to have some of the best medical and scientific technology in the world (although our healthcare system is in great need of reform). Sure, we have our problems, but then so does your country. We don't bash you, unless you bash us first, usually. This is why I don't like these 3 questions. As for the passport one, you sure did get an eyefull from a couple of Americans who told you in no uncertain terms how ridiculous the question was.
Now that I've vented, I do want to say that I loved your question about the fried eggs and peanut butter sandwiches. I think that sounds yummy and I will give it a try.
