I have pulled many a car with just a rope or cable, Once i even used my jumper cables. I wouldn't do this on the freeway. It takes a driver with guts in the car being towed, and brakes are a fairly useful item. But if you are short on cash for a pro then you do what you gotta do to get the bear. Please be careful and late at night when traffic is low helps also

Attach a tow strap to the frame or to the recovery points on the vehicle. A tow hitch is about $265 which is the best way to do recovery.

what do u mean by tow, a trailer or someones
trailer- your going to need the hitch

the second- a rope,strap,or chain hooked to the frames of both cars and pull like h*ll
