You could contact a temporary employment agency. You could post something on the bulletin board of a local college or grocery store. If you have a friend with a cook or housekeeper, then you could inquire whether that person might be interested in serving for you. The advantage of this last suggestion is that you might have some better assurance that they won't "steal the silver".
