When valet parking, do you give a tip to the person who parks your car, the person who brings it back,or both?

If both, how much of a tip do you give each?

I'd say you tip when the service has been completed. And this service isn't complete until your car has been safely returned to you. So I only tip the person who returns it to me.

And it depends on what type of car you drive.
And don't give out change.
