ummm judging from your picture it looks as if you were a girl. that is harram for a woman to like another woman. syed is a muslim name how ever. i used to be a christian i reverted then met and married my husband after the fact but it is halal to marry a christian woman. the prophet muhammud sallahualayhewasalam said that there are 4 reasons for a man to marry a woman. they are 1. the religion meaning she is a good muslim,2. her beauty 3. for her liniage 4. for her wealth. this means that these are generally the reason a man marries in society. but the prophet sallahualayhewasallam said that best reason to marry a woman is for the religion. no muslim should ever give up their religion for a prospective marriage. i am sure you know that if you know any thing about the religion. if the woman is not willing to except you for who you are and what your beliefs are you are only asking for trouble. as youu know it is considered halal for a muslim man to marry "people of the book" such as a jew or a christian. you have to remember though when marrying a woman who is not a muslim you are risking your children being raised as unbelievers in allah. so there for i would say it is not a good idea. in the quran it says it is better to marry a slave of allah then to marry an idoltress. christians worship jesus peace be upon him. there for that is considered shirk. (associating partners with allah) in the end it is up to you but i strongly urge if she is not willing to raise the kid in a muslim enviroment you are just begging for trouble.

This is a very difficult question to answer as it involves two religions that generally oppose such "inter-religious" union. However, quite recently the Catholic faith seems to accept such arrangements with an agreement that the children be Catholics. I do not think any of your parents would agree to such a union without either one converting?. I would suggest a civil marriage. But expect severe repercussions - go ahead with your plans if the both of you are strong enough to face what is inevitable.

Take my advice and both of you give up your religions. The differences will kill your marriage. This is assuming that you actually follow the rules of your books. Which I know you don't because the Koran states that a Man can marry any woman he wishes, regardless of religion. But the muslim woman must marry a muslim man. This helps Islam get new victims and keep the old.

My wife was muslim and I was agnostic. I converted just to be able to marry her. Of course I knew all religions are lies and was able to get through to her,so she converted to agnostic. She says she is much happier without religion. This was my plan all along. good luck

Why is your avatar female?

Anyway, if you are a Muslim man, you can marry Christian girl, she doesn't need to convert. This is acceptable in Islam.

You giving up your religion is your personal choice.

Just because you say your name is SYED does not make you a Muslim... you are not fooling any one so just stop.......

some people said (answers) that differences will kill your marriage... But thats not true... My family is friends with at least 6 couples with a Christian female and a Muslim Male.... They are all very nice and get along fine...there kids too.... i know this one family like this and one of there kid is in Med school and another in pharmacy school.
Not that it matters because I can tell your not Muslim....because Girls are not named Syed and your other questions contradict what your saying.

As far as we know for certain, we only get one life, and none of us is getting younger the longer we live. If you love her and she loves you, don't waste a single moment. Pull out all the stops and propose.

When love beckons to you follow him,
Though his ways are hard and steep.
And when his wings enfold you yield to him,
Though the sword hidden among his pinions may wound you.
And when he speaks to you believe in him,
Though his voice may shatter your dreams as the north wind lays waste the garden.
For even as love crowns you so shall he crucify you. Even as he is for your growth so is he for your pruning.
Even as he ascends to your height and caresses your tenderest branches that quiver in the sun,
So shall he descend to your roots and shake them in their clinging to the earth.

Get on your knees to God and say Jesus I will serve u now, and I want to be a woman, not a plague that can wipe out the human race. I'm sorry for being a lesbian and I want to enjoy the free life u gave me with your sons blood. And I will now preach the Gospel to all the Muslims.

GOD is love.
if u truely love her... and she truely loves you...
both of you can get married,
if your religion (or her religion) forbid,
then BOTH of you can leave your religions,
becoz a true religion will NOT STOP LOVE
since your religions PREVENT love, they MUST be false religions...
get married outside... GOD will bless you
GOD's blessing is more important than blessings from your religious leaders...

The two beliefs are simply not compatible. If she is truely a Christian...it would be forbidden.

I do not say this in a mean spirited way...
