keep up the sex talk. make sure you two are alone, and then lean in and kiss him softly on his lips, and say that you've always wanted to do that.

You cannot make someone love you. You can tell someone how you feel and they can tell you how they feel. Don't let the sex thing confuse you with love. I would not recommend you having sex and then confusing it with love. Of course most guys would love to "teach" sex to anyone. Don't let your feelings of love get in the way and be blind that he "loves" you so that he can "teach" you.
You said you Think you like him. You said he is Hot. To me by what you have said, you are infatuated with him and not in love with him. You should be careful and not be tempted and not talk about sex with him especially when you are "hot for him". That might get you into hot water that you may wished you had not stepped into.
If he has been with many women, he may have something like HPV that is silent but spread so easily. Only 7% of women do not have it in this world. That came from my OBGYN.
Get to know him as your Friend better, but do not talk about tempting subjects that you might be tempted to do that you should not do at this time. Talk to him about your goals in life, what are his goals, etc.... Things that are more meaningful. Don't you want a real relationship with a guy that will last? Wait and become good friends before you become tempted into a physical relationship. You may get more than you bargained for.

Seriously, this isn't the person for you... sex before marriage is something that taints the relationship anyway. It took me 9 years to realize that.
You can't make someone love you, especially not by letting them think that you're easy.
