I had a Lymphoscintigraphy done today.
And I read somewhere that you can have a pain in your knee. Like, behind your knee cap.
And I had it done 12 hours ago, And I still have pain in my knee.
Is that bad?

No, experiencing pain after this procedure is normal. Your body has been put through a trauma. It takes time to heal. Contact your doctor and ask him when you can expect the pain to diminish.
