find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

One of the best things that you can do at your age is to get active. You said that "i'm always lazy" - so when you find some type of activity, it will be a little hard at first - but you will get the hang of it.

Pick some type of sport that you really like (and join a team) - I was in a similar position as you in middle school, and I finally chose swimming. It took a little while, but your body gets used to it as it gets in shape. Since the summer is right around the corner, now is the time to find something. Talk to your parents about this - or even a teacher or a friend... maybe they have done something in the past and it may sound good to you.

Now, since you are 11 - you probably eat like an 11 year old... and there is no problem with that. Some kids can eat lots of junk and not gain a pound... others can look at a hamburger and gain 5. So, if you are eating any junk food, just cut down a tad (you're a kid, be a kid and have some junk once in a while), but get more veggies and fruit into your diet.

Don't get obsessed with losing weight... you are 11. Don't obsess over being skinny. You want to be healthy, you want to feel good inside and out. As for you getting picked on by family members... honey, I know what's it's like. It will stop... just hang in there - it gets better as you get older. ;)

At your age you really need a healthy diet. It is really hard for a kid when you have to eat what your parents have gotten for you.
You can lose weight if you eat lots of fruit and vegetables and a little meat. (not lots of salad dressing though, try to get the Just 2 Good kind it is good and low in fat and calories).
Some whole grain bread is good like 2 or 4 pieces a day.
The thing to stay away from is high fat and sugar stuff like fast foods, sugary pop, sweets. That is really hard even for me and I am an adult who loves chocolate.
All that neat stuff you could get really sounds neat though the feeling you will get after losing a few pounds will be even better.
Just don't go nuts and lose too much.

You may be a little overweight because when you're 11-12 years, your weight should generally be around 90-100 pounds. However, you also say that you are the "buffest person in your whole class" and muscle DOES weigh more than fat. However, you may want to lose a few pounds, eat healthier, run, exercise, so that you have a very healthy future!

there's really no shortcut in working out. you should try to exercise more. push-ups, curl-ups, and some types of squatting exercises to get rid of the fat in you thighs.
then, always try to eat healthy food, or like i like to call it "rabbit food". salads, and fruits are always good.
but most of it is work, there's no easy way out. even celebrities just hire the most expensive yoga teachers to work out. its still the same work.
