well the pizza isn't going to help fat loss. pizza can spike insulin for up to 6-8 hours after consumption which means fat burning is completely halted during that period.

I would focus on the diet, eating more veggies and low GI high fiber carbs and use the pizza as a reward once you start to lose body fat.

first cut out the candy, second pizza is not a junk food seen as you CAN make it healthy by buying wheat products for the dough and healthy cheese and lean meats. You have to have a good diet in order to lose weight and 34 percent body fat is crazy and is obese (no offense) but what is your idea of a good meal anyways? most people have no idea what "good" foods are. Also timing yourself at the gym is only wasting your time, you should take your time and concentrate on each workout. You have to have a great routine that will not lead you into a plateau and a great diet to keep your body fueled.

also even if people say pizza can spike insulin for up to 6-8 hours please know that there are hundreds of other things that do as well like i said and another responder pizza can be made healthy and of course stick to leaner meats, veggies, drink plenty of water. Remember it takes less than an hour to metabolize carbohydrates, between 2-3 hours for proteins, and over 3 hours to metabolize fat in your diet so choose your carbs wisely.

Properly made, pizza is NOT junk food. It can have all the food groups. Get thin crust, add vegetables, and use lower fat cheese.

What matters is what you are eating the rest of the week. Choose lean proteins, whole grains, and brightly colored vegetables. Find out what a proper serving size looks like and stick to it. You should aim to lose 1-2 lbs per week, and remember, if you are working out, muscle weighs more than fat, so you will be healthier, but you may not notice a change on the scale.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
