It sounds to me (by repeating it over and over), like

¿Qué estás haciendo?

What are you doing?

Gayus is not a word. Estiando isn't either. It could be "estudiando". Studying.

This doesn't sound too Spanish
The word gaius might mean gallos (not sure)
Estiando, could be derived from estio = verano = summer, then, estiando = veraneando
The answer should be "living (enjoying) the summer"

what was going on... when this person said that to you? cause i said it a couple of times and it souds like "gayus- gallos- roosters" and "estiando- not sure if espiando- meaning lerking"... anyways if you feel that this was an offensive comment to you you can all ways answer (pronounce in english) "to mah dre" meaning your mom..... haha good luck... i want the 10 points....

What you are hearing and what they are saying are two different things. If what you spell as "gay us" "esti" is said outloud, I hear "Qué está" What are (you implied in Spanish) _______

I hear that because words are run together in Spanish and there is no clear stop between them as in English.

¿Qué está haciendo? What are you doing? Would be my guess as to what was said, based on what you record having heard.

Maybe you meant "estando" which means "being or "estudiando" which means "studying".
"Estiando" is not a Spanish word, and neither is "gaius"/"gayos".
