The order of prophets in the world never changed after the Lord's death. Remember, there were prophets on the scene before the Lord's appearance. So likewise there are phophets after His death. Read Eph 4:11, it says, "He gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evagelists, and some pastors and teacher...". This is the five fold ministry of Jesus Christ which is still in the earth today and right now.

Hbr 1:1 God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,

No. They called themselves Apostles. An Apostle was an admiral in the Greek Navy, and so they considered themselves the admirals of the church.

St. John - Book of Revelations....supposedly is all prophecy, but I think it was just a symbolic dream meant for St. John.....not the rest of us.
