My TV coaxial input is dead. How to convert coaxial signal from cable to RCA output? So that I could connect RCA from cable to TV using RCA input?

Coax signal is RF so you need a tuner to tune in the RF just like your TV used to. You could use a VCR tuner for that purpose and hook the RCA output to the input of your TV, or you could buy an external tuner with RCA outputs. You could also get a cable box from the cable company.

I agree with the guy above me...he's right. Your best way to go is to get a VCR (they're cheap enough now days) and plug your coaxial cable to the input of VCR then run RCA out of VCR to your TV input. You'll now use the VCR to tune through. The barrel fell off the back of mine so I did this.
