No. First my wife and I always made approximately the same amount of money over the years. Having retired, and working part time, on an occasional basis, she is making more than I do now.

The roles of the two genders in society have been formed over thousands of years through religion, and even more biological reasons. However, in our society, I believe that man and woman contribute equally, and cannot ragard one or the other as superior. In most cases, due to the evolution of our society, men make more than women. In some though, it is the opposite. Its about time somebody broke the rules! I dont think that he should be offended.

I have to agree with MCC there.
Your gf/wife making more money than you is fine, just as long as she dosn't make you feel small, and brag about it.
You have to enjoy your job/career, because you are doing it everyday of your life!! The amount of money you make dosn't matter just as long both of you can live sufficiently.
