There is NO best way to win. The Gaming Commission makes sure that the machines are totally random. The best tip to winning is never to play and put your money in a savings account. Otherwise, if you double your money run.
Realize that casinos actually make more money on the various types of "slot" machines, video and otherwise, than on the tables. And casinos don't build those multi-billion dollar hotel casinos with everyone finding a system to win.
