Use an oven bag, but you still need some thing to put it in.
It you haven't got anything large enough, nip out to the store and get one of the tin foil roasters.
If you use the bag with the roaster you can use it again and again.

I don't use a roasting pan as I don't have an oven but like many my family loves the roast chicken and lamb. So I use my electric frying pan to do the roasting, add two tablespoon on oil and half cup water and put your chicken in to cook keep an eye on it then after an hour put roast vegies and slow cook for a while, very delis. Try that Make sure you keep lid on.We have our roast every sunday and I always do it this way.

Sure, just use whatever you have that is big enough to fit all the stuff in. Sometimes I might use just like a 9x13 baking pan or something. I used to actually have a roasting pan, but now that I am divorced, that is one of the things I don't have anymore. I will probably get another one someday, but it really isn't that important.
Just use what you have.

You can use any shape pan, bowl or item. Or you can shape some aluminum foil (Doubled-folded ) into the shape of a pan and use that under a cookie sheet.
If you have an oven safe bowl or dish that may hold your recipe use that one instead.. The shape won't matter.. Another alternative is to use the microwave oven instead of the oven, using microwave safe bowl or pan. Good luck!

Either: 1. Cut the recipe in 1/2 or less to fit in the brownie pan or 2. (Preferred), just run out and buy a disposable aluminum lasagna pan at the grocery or Dollar Store. Leftover lasagna freezes well in individual servings.
