ok theres this girl in my school that i like but shes always making fun of me and wat not. she stares at me constantly but when i look back she says stop looking at me lol she intimidates me. idk y but she just does any sugestions on how i can talk to her? and not be scared to talk to her

Your options are basically:
(1) talk with her
or
(2) run away from her
Either is fine, but the interesting issue is that she might just be doing all this to get your attention. And you started up there by saying you like her.
I'd suggest you talk to her.
One thing you can do is to point out what you notice:
"I notice that everytime I see you, you are looking at me."
It doesn't matter if you are scared to talk to her ... if you like her, just do it.

Great opportunities have been lost because of fear. So square up your shoulders and start a conversation with her. I cant suggest a topic because I dont know what your interests are.......dont let intimidation stop you!! And if she is rude and not very nice, she isnt worth the bother!

Grow balls! If you meet a girl that intimidates you in the beginning.......it's likely she'll always intimidate you. You guys Will never be compatible.
