i like this guy but i don't no if he likes me bac how can i tell

He looks at you, then when you look at him, he looks at you for a few moments then turn away, if the guy's shy, that' me, he'd turn away the instant you look at him, try it.

You can tell cos he'd smile at you when he looks at you.
Look for a reaction or a change in his behaviour, body language etc when you are around.
Walk past him. Does he pick himself up and stand straighter? Does he act all shy? These are all clues.
Then the best way is to talk with him.
Just ask him if he'd like to hang out / spend a little time / go to a movie sometime / whatever
No pressure
Just see what he says and MORE IMPORTANTLY what he does.
