I like this guy(let's call him Bob) but i think his bestfriend (let's call him Joe) likes me and i think Bob likes my best friend (We'll call her Sally) but Sally like this totally other guy and i really really like Bob but Joe is okay too but i could never date him i think of him to much as a friend i also think that Bob is trying to make me jealous with Sally but i'm not for sure what should i do??

Bob isn't trying to make you jealous with Sally. He wants Sally. He'd have you too if the two of you would share, but he wants Sally and he's upset or he's about to be cos Sally is chasing someone else.
Give Joe the simple "I like you as a friend" talk.
Point out to Bob that Sally likes this other fellow
See what Bob does and if he needs a shoulder to cry on, be there for him.
But you know ... it all sounds pretty complex. I like Evanescence's idea of just going out with someone else.
