Three miles a week isn't much if that's the only excersize you're getting. You should try to build your way up to five or six miles a week and see how you feel.
If you've cut out junk food, that's great. Now try eating smaller portions and spread your meals out throughout the day. Eating four small meals is much better than eating two huge ones. Don't starve yourself though or you could actually GAIN weight! Your body will turn everything into fat stores instead of breaking most of it down.
15 pounds by July will be tough but it's doable. Just be very strict with yourself. Eat healthy but eat enough. Excersize as much as you can without totally tiring yourself out. And stay hydrated! Drinking lots of water will keep you full and help during excersize.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

Run for 40 minute sessions. 1 mile is not enough to loose any weight. Eat smaller portions 4 times a day . Skinless chicken steamed and fish are low fat but give you the protein you need, eat fruits and vegetables more . Keep away from too much breads and oily foods. I am trying to loose 10 lbs by that time . Weigh and record your weight each week. Good luck.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

Drink lots of water. Make sure that when you exercise, you're really trying hard. Eat small snacks between meals so you don't eat too much at meals, and eat salads or fruit before meals to that you don't eat too much. Get a friend to encourage you or even work out and stuff with you. If you're already healthy, then you don't need to lose weight. It's better to be healthy than skinny.

Well what u should do is try to excersise about 5 days a week even if u dont have alot of time just workout for 20 minutes,mabe if u do situps for one day and push up's the next day and any other exersises for 20 minutes oh yea ride your bike if u have one.

Cut out sodas. People tend to hold about 10-12 pounds of fluid from sodas.

wow well first off DONT starve your self that will solve nothing it sounds like you are really trying to loose weight but go into your doctor and see if you have high or low matiblisem.
