the general rule of thumb is that a deck of playing cards is about 3 ounces so 7 ounces is about the size of 2 decks of playing cards. For meats, 1 serving is typically 3 ounces.

16 ounces = 1 pound
1 ounce = 28.35 grams

I'm not entirely sure where you want to go with this question: there is no immediate correlation between a 7oz serving of whatever and any direct influence it might have on your weight?

However, when in doubt, answer the obvious: 7 oz is one ounce short of half a pound (imperial) and one ounce imperial is approx 28g metric, so 7oz is 196g, i.e. just a sneeze short of 2 metric ounces (200g).

Hope this helps.

A serving of meat shouldn't be larger than the palm of your hand. That's the easiest way of determining the size without having a scale. That would apply to other meats as well, such as chicken.
