do you think that would help, if they sent a message about abstenance, and tried to keep kids from having sex untill they were married?

this way they could stop themselves from following that urge to have sex, and get themselves pregnant or worse an STD

I feel that anyone who wants to wait until marriage for sex, can do it. Decades ago, almost all of us maintained our virginity until our wedding nights.

If a girl desires to remain a virgin, she can do it. If she feels the need or desire to use sex toys, why not? It is definitely far safer than sex with multiple partners in a world where STDs are very common.
