not easily, and not legally.

There are the hand crank type kits that pull the trigger for you as you turn a handle that simulate full auto fire, and there was a guy who made a stock that let the action move back and forth so you held your trigger finger back but the gun moved and technically you were pulling the trigger for each shot, but the BATFE declared that one a machinegun.

Remember, you have to have special tax stamps to own any machinegun in the USA since 1934, and since 1986 no new machineguns can be manufactured for civilian sale, so if you do find a way to do this, and then you do it, you will have committed at least one federal felony and probably at least one state felony, and despite what you may have heard, federal prisons are not nice places.

I guess what I am saying, if you get right down to it, is this. Don't be a dumbass.

You can download the directions from a website of your choice for $10-$20. Most semi autos are very easy to make full auto. I downloaded directions off the net and 30 minutes later my Cobray M-11 was full auto cycling 20 rounds per second.

It is HIGHLY ILLEGAL though! I went out and bought an extra of the hammer I modified. That way I leave the semi auto hammer in 99% of the time so that the gun is legal. But when I want to have some fun I can have the other hammer installed in under a minute and off load a 75 round drum in slightly less than 4 seconds. Much fun : )

Just look around for the directions on the net, they have them for most semi autos

Boy did u ask the wrong question! You should've seen how pissed everybody got at me when my first Yahoo Answers Question was "Can I convert my Ak47 back to full automatic?"

Inrefernce to your question Gunbroker.com had a kit to turn a couple 10/22's into a hand crank Gattlin gun. According to the auction the kit is legal, and I imagine it'll fire as fast as you can crank the handle.

First, you can't. Second, it's illegal. Third, it wouldn't be an upgrade. Note that the M16 has been upgraded. It no longer has full select-fire capabilities in its latest iterations. You're swimming against the stream. Try to become a rifleman, instead.

It's possible but would basically require a complete replacement of the trigger group. You can't just file something down and it will work.

Open bolt firearms are often easy to convert to fully automatic, but many are specifically designed to prevent it from being done.

Not easy, very illegal, and doesn't serve much purpose.

Buy an AR-15 and bumpfire to satisfy your bullet spraying needs.

You're kidding, right??? Assuming that you are in the USA, BATF doesn't look kindly on these kinds of modifications. You'd be looking at hard time in prison. Think: "Nancy-boy."
