I want to wire it to a 20 amp circult can i and witch voltage do i choose 230 or 115 or the rear of the mottor?

That depends on what voltage you are going to feed it with. If you just want to simply wire it into an existing circuit my guess is simply to use the 115vac setting.

You should select it as per the power source voltage. If the power source is 110 volts, use 115, if it is 230, use the other selector.

In india and asian countries voltage of 230 volts is more common where as in USA 110 v is more common.

you must know the voltage you are connecting to. The amperage rating and voltage are marked on the motor housing.
