I hate to say it but.
Do twenty minutes of physical activity A DAY eat 3 meals a day (HEALTHY ONES!) and three snacks a day. If you own the game DanceDance Revolution play that. It is a great way to burn calories.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

my doctor has me on a high fiber diet and with out exercising i have been losing a steady 2 lbs a week now if i exercised and only ate like chicken along with the veggies . My doc also told me his biggest losers stopped eating meat all together but if yareally can't stop the meat fish and chicken are your best bet. Oh and a lot of water and a genital laxative because most people have an extra 30 lbs in their bowls

Go vegetarian for a little while. Their diets are high in fiber, low in calories and fat, and low in cholestoral. But before you do, research it. Lacto-ovo Vegetarians are the easiest to become.
