You have to believe in what you are selling. A friend of mine loves to garden, and she worked at a garden center a few years back. She could have sold weeds to people if she had wanted to. She would just get this light in her eyes when showing off a new plant that had come in, and before long the people would be as excited as she was about it, and they'd buy it and a dozen more things she'd shown them. Your customer has to believe that you yourself use what you are selling, and that you love it and just want everyone to be as happy as you are with it.
