im 15 yrs old. im about 5'1-5'2 and weighin at 120.
how do i lose at least 5 pounds?

Eat healthy, nutrition is the key in losing or gaining weight. Also do some cardio(running) that will help also, but eating better is the number one thing to do.

Cut out carbs for 2 weeks. You will probaly loose the 5 pounds the first week, but keep it going another week because the first 5 will probaly be just water and will come back. When I say cut out carbs I mean everything. Do not go over 10 grams. It's hard but probaly the fastest way to lose the weight. Try to stay at 1100-1200 cals a day and drink plenty of water. This will work. I promise.

Go for jogs, ride a bike for a bit, walk a bit. Do some form of physical exercise. (If you own it) PLAY DDR! A great way to burn calories. It isn't fast but it works.

Eat right, 3 meals a day.
Trust me. I went from 200 pounds at 5'5 to 135. I'm now considered healthy by my doctor.

I weigh 247 and I'm 21 and I'm trying to lose 112 so tell me how to lose 112lbs.......running is a suggestion.
