Today I got up and went to work like normal and everything seemed just fine. I was happy and felt terrific. While driving to meet with a client. I started feel very strange. When I got out of the car...I lost my hearing and my vision became very blurred. I was very confused. It only lasted for about 60 seconds. I felt better so I went about my day. Now 4 hours later I am starting to feel very weak and shakey and also having a hard time focusing. Does anyone have any idea's on what I am experiencing? when i search online nothing really comes up.

Sounds like a blood pressure response to me. Have you been to the doc's lately? Might want to get your pressure checked and eliminate that as a cause. While you're there...explain the onset and keep track of any new activities, food consumption, exercise...etc. that might have led up to this development! Take care hun!

A couple things.

Did you eat? Low blood sugar could cause dizziness and faintness. I always keep some food in my purse. I had a tendency to forget to eat.

Another is low blood pressure. Stand up slower allowing more time for the blood to reach your head and extremities. If you feel this sit down you don't want to fall and end up with an injury.

Pregnancy can also can cause dizziness.

That happens to me sometimes. While at a store recently, out of curiousity, I took my blood pressure. It was high and I was told that it might explain my dizzy spells!
