HELP ME PLEASE, Vigorol hair product?

Is vigorol safe for my 9 year old daughters hair? She is black and white and has very thick curly hair, and it is so hard to comb through.

I used it on my little cousin's hair and had good results. She was 8 at the time. She is also mixed black and white, but her hair is more like a black persons's. Just read and follow the instructions carefully!
