If im sore after working out, to wait a day or 2 so the muscle fibers can heal all the way? Or should I work out even if im really sore?

If you're really sore, then take the day off!
Your body needs time to recover.
Just be sure to get back in the routine!

You could but it will be better to take a break for one day, two days is too much, just dont do same group of muscles two days in the row...
