No because if you eat when you are not hungry it will make you gain weight. I read in some woman's magizine that the best thing to do is to eat 6 sm. meals a day instead of 3 large meals every 3-4 hrs. a day. I don't like to eat large meals and I'm not hungry every 3-4 hrs. so after I read that I just started to eat when I was hungry. I eat things like yogurt, or fruit in the morning. I'll eat soups or salads for lunch, and after work It really depends on what the rest of the family is eating. In between all of that I will eat fruit bars, fruit snacks, jello, cheese cubes, cottage cheese and fruit bowels (most grocery stores have them), fruit, vegies(carrots, tommy toe tomatoes, celeray) there are plenty of healthy foods to eat you just have to find things you like(which should be easy because that is a short list from a long list-I'm a very picky eater!!!)

Very good choice. It is also much better for you digestive system. Just keep them small meals. My cousin does this because of her back she cannot be on her feet but 5 minutes out of every hour. She is slender where as most in her condition are over weight.

Yes, it's a good idea. It'll stop your blood sugar levels form crashing. It only needs to be something small, like a piece of fruit, but it'll work wonders on your weight loss program.

if you want to keep it up it is better to eat ofter but just have a apple or tub of yogurt, small portions
